Craft, 37, previously worked as a kindergarten teacher at Chickamauga Elementary School in Gerogia. Ms. Craft was arrested in 2007, being accused of molesting three young girls. As a result, she lost her job as an educator and faced 22 charges associated with child molestation and aggravated sexual battery.
Yesterday a jury in Ringgold, Gerogia found Tonya Craft not guilty of each charges filed against her. Upon hearing the announcement, an emotional Craft broke down into tears.
Today Tonya Craft, accompanied by hubby David Craft and her attorney, appeared on NBC’s Today Show to talk her anguish, saying the acquittal wasn’t’ a victory.

“There’s no one that wins in this situation,” Craft told to the host Meredith Vieira. “My whole heart had been taken and I got half of it back.”
