The four images were photographed from the outside of wire fences of Penang Bayan Lepas International Airport at the afternoon on April 4, 2010. On the day, this SilkAir Airbus A320-232 9V-SLC aircraft first arrived at 5:00pm as Flight MI 356, the second of SilkAir’s twice daily flights to Penang. (more…)

This AirAsia Airbus A320 9M-AFY aircraft was first photographed seconds after touching down on the runway of Penang International Airport at about 18:00PM on April 4, 2010. It could fly in as either AK 5442 from Johor Baru or AK 5374 from Kuala Lumpur.

Around 40 minutes later, the passenger jet was again photographed, and this time it should be as Flight AK 6506 bound to Kuching Airport in east Malaysia’s Sarawak State.

Based on the arrival timeline of Penang Airport, this Firefly ATR72-212A 9M-FYF Turboprop Jet could be as Flight FY 1017 flying in to the island from Langkawi. Firefly’s FY 1017 code-shares with its parent company Malaysia Airlines’ MH9905.
