Over the weekend, together with a few friends, I had a half-day getaway to Bukit Hijau Recreational Park in Malaysia’s Kedah state.

The park, a family’s ideal picnic destination, is famous for its waterfalls, which are beautiful though not very magnificent. I snapped dozens of photos, but still as a entry-level photographer, my photography skills totally ruined the capacity of what a Nikon 24-70mm F/2.8 lens should have manifested. Check some stunning pictures accompanying the article of Bukit Hijau Travel Guide on AsiaExplorers.com, one can easily realize what I mean. Too shy to face such a high-end lens. Anyway, I’d still like to post them on viewology.net and release them under CC-BY-SA 3.0 license. Read the rest of this entry »

Posted on January 16th, 2010 by Fisher in Site Affairs.

Just having mentioned in the About section, Viewology.Net will see a lot of photographs taken by myself. So in this of the very first post, I exhibit my primary gears, Nikon D90 DSLR camera and Nikkor 24-70mm F/2.8 IF ED lens. Hope the gears together with their juniors D40 plus Nikkor 50mm F1.8D lens can serve the site well!
