ABC has released the sneak peek (video above) of upcoming episode Shiny Happy People of Grey’s Anatomy, featuring Demi Lovato. In the show which airs at 9PM ET/PT Thursday, May 13, Lovato guest stars a troubled teenage who is brought to the hospital by her parents for schizophrenia. Can’t wait longer to watch Lovato’s performance in the show!
Colombian songbird Shakira’s Waka Waka (This Time for African) was officially chosen the theme song for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. Shakira, along with South African band Freshlyground, will live perform the song at the Closing Ceremony before the World Cup Final on July 11 in Johannesburg Soccer City Stadium.
Waka Waka (This Time for African) had debut on some South African radio stations one week ago, however, it seemed the response from those who had listenen was not so good.
Comments like “It’s horrible” and “How is Shakira going to sing the African part of it?” were reported on Yahoo! Sports.
Waka Waka (This Time for African) is not able to be officially available for download through digital music vendors until the week of May 11, its audiont has been uploaded onto Youtube, hit the play button above to listen!

Huma Asif Mian, or simply Huma Mian, is the wife of Faisal Shahzad, NYC Times Square car bomber. Huma Mian (picture below) had been in the news since husband Faisal Shahzad was arrested from an Emirates flight in JFK Airport after identified as the man behind an unsuccessful car bombing at Times Sqaure.

Huma Mian, 28, is an American citizen. She grew up in Colorado and graduated from the University with an accounting degree in 2004 after 4 years’ study.
To my best knowledge by far, it’s unclear how Huma Mian met Faisal Shahzad, a Pakistan-born American. However, her marriage to Faisal Shahzad reported to the authorities in 2008 was thought to have brought the convenience for him to be natrualized as an American citizen the following year.

Huma Mian has two children–one son and one daughter–with Faisal Shazhad, now a terror suspect. After he was defaulted on a nearly 220-thousand dollars mortgage and his house was foreclosed by the bank, Shazhad moved his family back to Pakistan during the second half of 2009. And Mian could since remain in that country.
Update: Faisal Shahzad was on trial at Federal District Court in Manhattan Tuesday on October 5, 2010. Shahzad defended his Times Square bombing plots, citing the Koran decrees and saying he was a “proud” terrorist . Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum sentenced him life in prison, saying, “I do hope that you will spend some of the time in prison thinking carefully about whether the Koran wants you to kill lots of people.” [Shahzad Gets Life Term for Times Square Bombing Attempt, NYT]
